What is the relevance of this info? Nothing pisses me off more than jackasses throwing "war hero" all over the place. People who have really been anywhere don't do that. Anytime I came home from Iraq or Afghanistan, I didn't feel the need to include it into random, unrelated forum posts. Moron. What does Mac want? He/She/It wants to troll. If this is a real plea for help, it may want to check its local laws as most places I've been have laws in place regarding protecting one's self and/or children from ANY aggressive animal.

Still. This is what I read. "I'm a dog lover, and am experienced with them. I killed a dog because it was attacking me. I assume that it was a Fila. I've never seen one before, but I'm pretty sure that it was. I wanted to pet him, but all my experience with strange dogs flew directly out of my brain and I was flanked by him and his dog friend. So I punched him to death. I assume this was because I was in THE WAR and because my lightning-quick reflexes and possible PTSD caused me to react badly. Now I'm in legal trouble [presumably from the owner of the dog] and need advice on what to tell the prosecutor when he questions me about animal cruelty. In the meantime, lock up your dogs. And can you please say it's okay that I killed a dog? Or call me a dick? PAY ATTENTION TO ME".

I think. It seemed like something someone wrote when they were drunk or overly distraught and crying. Still totally confuzzled.

Okay. Now I get it. I was composing that post for like, 2 hours because I had six million things that suddenly cropped up NOW. Dog chasing cat, dog needed to go outside and sniff things and crop grass like a #$%ing goat, Daddy needed to get out the door, blah, blah, stuff that would bore you, so when the explanation popped up, I was unaware.

Not that it's an uncommon thing for me to be unaware of things going on around me. Derp. (I really am intelligent! I swear! And nice to meet you new person that is an old person that is new to me but not to others.)
