Most People that say that want to "rescue" a puppy mastiff but really just want a free or cheap mastiff. If you're going to rescue for the sake of rescuing pick a dog that needs it most... Don't act like you're trying to save the breed when in reality you just want something for nothing..

I think a foot phobia is pretty common. I don't mind my feet but I can't stand guy's feet. Especially since most of them don't believe in moisturizing their dry skin. Lol!!

Lol, well winter is not my friend when it comes to my skin, the only time of the year I turn into a reptile.

As for feet, I can look at them but if they touch me....I'm just done.......I can't.

I'm the person who can't stand having dry skin. Especially on my elbows & feet. If my dry skin snags on my sheets it drives me insane. I'm constantly putting lotion on my hands throughout the day.

Yeap got the lotion and Vaseline handy at all times, lol. Using my mothers foot spa though is nice removes all that dead skin. Feet smooth to the touch. :)

The pedicures help but for some reason my heels crack all the time. I started smothering them with Neosporin, put socks on then go to sleep. It has helped but as the day goes by they dry out again & start cracking.

I've also read that Epsom salt helps, which I have some but it doesn't last as long as the Neosporin.

Vitamin E oil, its in the skin/nail care section, paint it onto the cracks and rub it in, daily.

I would like to add this to my pet peeves, along with anything that puts craigslist and dogs together.
I once read one that was something along the lines of "Wanted-English Mastiff Rescue: I am looking to rescue a mastiff to use as a pet for my family. We are wanting to find a dog that is really in need of a good home and offer it a great life. We aren't interested in going through a rescue shelter because those places are just looking to make money off of their problem dogs. I want something that has been in a house, with a family(also with cats) that has been potty trained. I am not looking to get a dog with a huge list of behavioral or medical problems and it has to be under 4 months old so my family can bond with it while it's still a puppy. I am willing to pay a small rehoming fee, but nothing over $50. E-mail me if you have what I'm looking for"
My inner psychopath wanted to email him to meet me at the park and then throw a brick at his face.

Pretty much. Or the ones who want a "rescue dog" free because they "can't afford the re-homing fees"....I know some places charge fairly large re-homing fees but most of them are more than willing to lay out THEIR costs if asked....and although I hate the "if you can't afford the rehoming fee how are you going to afford the dog" there IS some truth to it.

Alright ill add to mine to say people who spend tons on a mastiff but then refuse to feed them a decent food because its too expensive. I know a lot of people don't know any better but those people who are all like "I don't want to spend more than 20-30 bucks on food and I want it to be a 50lb bag " drive me nuts!
