Due to an ongoing legal matter, it appears that there is not enough funds to cover the server costs to operate this site for this month. Currently, the amount needed to cover the remainder of the server costs totals $397. If this amount is not accumulated by Saturday, August 17th, the server (along with this site) will go offline and have a total of two additional days before being completely deleted. If this happens, a total of $447 will be required before August 19th, otherwise all services will be reclaimed by the hosting company and all information deleted.

In the event that all monies are raised either by donations or other means, this notification will be immediately removed. Also, in the event that extra money is donated before the removal of this notice, all donations which exceed the needed amount will be reimbursed to the donor.

Not necessarily, this means that if I cannot obtain the funds to afford the server, it will go offline until I am able to. Before this happens, and if it happens, I will be sure to make an entire backup of everything to ensure that when I am able to, everything will be returned to as it is when that event occurs.

No, the amount will not update as donations come in as the notice is manually entered into the database. However, I can tell you that currently there has been a total of $120 donated as of the time of this posting.

I am not quite sure of exactly what you are experiencing, however if you can provide more information for what happens exactly, I may be able to help you.

Currently, I am unable to disclose information regarding the legal matter, although I will say that it involves most sites on the server and not some personal matter. However, it is nothing that will be asked for on a monthly basis. To go forward and beyond your question, it is possible, though highly unlikely that the same "may" be reflected next month, but I do not believe that will occur or even be something to consider. This is, in my opinion, only a one time occurrence.

Absolutely, and as in my previous post, the current amount totals $120 and I can and will update this thread (and possibly the notice) to include the total donated amount each day or possibly multiple times per day to ensure the most up-to-date information is disclosed to the members regarding the server costs.

To be sure that I have clarified enough for the comprehension of everyone reading this, there is only a slight likelihood of this same ordeal occurring next month. This same thing will definitely not occur after next month and most likely never in the foreseen future at all.

This is a scam by Mr. Dennison. I have offered to pay the entire amount. These forums make money, they don't lose money.

Again, I have offered to pay the entire amount, and there is no liklihood of the forums going down if he accepts my offer.
