  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

What is the worse thing your dog has ever chewed up or ingested?

Well she destroyed the therapeutic dog bed yesterday. Now the big dogs don't have a comfy spot to lay on. I think she is frustrated from missing classes. Her trainers mom passed away so classes have been canceled for the last 3 sessions.

Our 2 year lab ate a pound of butter, yakked it all up, but the house still smelt like a bakery for a week. Also ate my Ray Bans, my husband's expensive prescription glasses and (4) 3/4 # Venison bacon burgers thawing on the counter as well as a dozen peanut butter cookies cooling on the counter. Not to forget hubby's wallet and all the credit cards and cash. Gah!

I actually just posted about this on another thread about ear cropping...My little boy Titan had racks in his ears after cropping them and the next morning they were not in his ears or his crate so i knew he had eaten them...as usual i panicked and called the vet and he said to watch him carefully...well that same day he pooped them out. A day later we had them put back in taped up very well...the next day gone!! Third and final attempt..taped up very well and given a sedative before bed...next day gone!!!! We just left them out...one of his ears has a slight lean but you can hardly tell.

When we put that collar on him he acted like it was trying to kill him...crying, howling, rolling around on the floor and scratching at it like it was attacking him!! LOL I felt so bad I couldn't make him keep it on and I didn't want to keep him sedated for the few days he had left to wear the racks. Plus I was a new Corso owner at the time and not very experienced...I had previously owned Miniature Dachshunds... Wish I had found this site a long time ago!!

My English Mastiff Leo has chewed a window sil, indoor stairs and most of the wood molding on the floor. The bigger the dog, the bigger the damage.

I just realized the worst thing that Kryten has chewed up would be Jiggers leash while we were out. All of a sudden I was only holding onto one dog. I hadn't even realized that Kryten had grabbed it.
