  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

What is the worse thing your dog has ever chewed up or ingested?

For Ginger, it's tearing up a bag of concrete in the laundry room - like tore the whole 60lbs apart.
For Buddy - eating socks then throwing it back up the next day
For Hector - it's chewing up cedar shingles and pressure treated wood laying in the yard

Let me show you. She actually hasn't ruined much and spits everything out...she isn't a swallower it seems :p She did chew baseboads when teething in her gated room and a nibble here and there in the kitchen.

The small vacuum head once…all the plastic was shredded and the metal was warped but still in one piece.

And the wall and gate lock, and the gate itself.
1) first time it was totally my fault as she had to really go, upset tummy but we were just outside so I thought she was being a brat. Very early morning.
2) Second time just happened as heat season has made her clingy securedownload.jpg

Pretty lucky so far I would say as my uncles dobe is 3 years old and eats everything...tv controller etc. Anything he finds.

Yep, we have been pretty lucky....I had friends where the dog has chewed right though....whole body and walked out....
there is one small hole on the other side of the gate that is deeper right through the one side but mostly surface! and the gate now has a homemade lock!

That one is kind of funny! Open, close, open, close...

Wow... this thread is really making me appreciate Tony!
He has successfully chewed one thing: a pencil that he found laying on the floor near his bed (it rolled off the table). He didn't ingest it, just chewed some pieces and spit them out.

He ALMOST chewed a shoe once (I think that was his intention). It was sitting in the middle of the hallway and he was walking by, picked it up, and headed to his bed. Halfway to his bed he dropped it, looked back as if to assess if it was worth going back for, deemed it not worth it, and continued on to his bed.

Sometimes he makes off with one of the boys hats... but we usually find him on his bed just licking them.

A butter knife! We had to take xrays every 2 hours to see where it was in the distinding colon until Rollie actually passed the darn thing! Luckily it was one of the small ones with round edges and no point! The worst bit of house hold damage was a window sill, it was knawed right off!

Corner of my dining room table my husband made me for Christmas a couple of years ago. Chair my husband made at University for one of his furniture design courses, pretty much every single base board (ours are antique reclaimed pine ones), corners of walls, kitchen bar stool legs. Need I tell you that a TM LOVES nothing more than to chew wood as a pup? Oh and the corner of her leather couch...yes she has her own couch. And this is a pup who was not allowed to get board, imagine if we did! She also loved to chew rocks.

Duchess chewed a hole in the side of my parent's living room chair that at the time, was big enough for her to crawl in.

My first EM chewed the siding off the back of the house, 3 ft up.

Jimmy steals socks off the clothes horse and them pukes them back up as a neatly filled parcel of horror.

Jade, nothing at all. Well a bag of beef jerky off the dining table when she was a puppy. She crawled over the couch to get to the table.

Dozer, the whole front and arm of a couch.

I wouldn't know where to start! lol
Worst would have to be an old, burnt corn cob. That required a couple of trips for X-Rays and having it pass the morning we were supposed to go in for surgery. Had to get an extra X-Ray to make sure it was all out.

Flower- 2005 Harley Fat Boy 15th anniversary edition, did over $3700 worth of damage!!
a bag of charcoal, 5-7 bars of mice poison, opened a can of paint and it was EVERY where in the dog room!
all of these items were put up out of range or so I thought!!!

Wow, I can say neither of my dogs did any kind of damage like that. Besides food off the counter neither of them are/were chewers.
