Ok I took a good look at the first pics and none of those dogs look like APBT. Real APBT are lean and more stringy, hound like. APBT are not known to be blocky looking. The dogs in the picture look more like Amstaff mutants on steroids. Not the video, look at the pictures i posted in my first post that i made. Those don't look anything like Bandogges, they are too short too be bandogges. Look at them they look like purebred pitbulls with added weight. I'm sure they are mixed with other breeds, but aren't classified as a bandog. Look at the Picture i posted about the different bully types, the sites i mentioned were all about the xl and classic.
These dogs are pulling weight and still have lean natural muscles.I would also echo, i seriously doubt steriods have been involved in the photo's shown at beginning of this thread of American Bull Mastiffs.
I work my dogs, and have had steroid taking appearance by end of walks. They really do have excellent bodies structure, and bulk up when worked daily.
Resistance training: used by those that like that gym junkie look in their dogs. Resistance training is using weight, and these dogs love to pull/drag heavy objects about. I have a massive log, that my friends likes to drag toward us. Its the same size as the dog, but he'll keep going, till eventually he's 'fetched' it for her.
And you begin to see why its so ripped looking!
