Culling... yay or nay

I sorta wish that they culled people...:D I think it's a case by case situation. However I know, I could never hand a headache to someone else. The decision would all come to my fortitude. I was in rescue and rehabilitation a long time and some dogs do not turn around. When that happens or when they are suffering it's what you have to do. A puppy born blind and deaf doesn't stand a chance. I fostered a blind and deaf Great Dane and that poor dog was unmaintainable. You couldn't trust her with herself or anyone else. I turned her over to a sanctuary on New Years day. I suggested she be put down but the rescue seemed intent on her going here. I said, "Never again," my house was trashed after two weeks. So yes I agree sometimes it's whats best for the breed and the dog. It's sad but true.
