Cane Corso Advice Needed

It feels like the longest wait of my life... I can't even imagine having to wait to bring home a human baby( lord willing a long time from now). I feel like I've been waiting forever. The breeder wanted to keep her until her ears were fully healed. She's 12 weeks today. I am thankful that he kept her even though I feel like it took forever! :)

Everything is going great! She is very cuddly. I've never had a puppy who was my shadow. Everywhere I go, she follows. Usually all she wants to go is curl up with me for a nap. She had one accident, which was my fault. I was talking to my mom on the phone telling her how wonderful Piper is. She started sniffing around so I hung up on my mom and before I got there she piddled on the carpet. She sleeps through the night and hasn't had an accident in her crate. We go to bed at 9:30-10 and get up around 5:00-5:15. The first night and last night she whimpered for a minute or two and then passed out. I was expecting the full blown whimpering and crying all night. I took suggestions from the forum and slept on the floor beside her crate. Her shyness has worn off and I can see we have a couple of areas to work on. She jumps/lunges at your face when you are sitting on the floor. She also mouths/bites. I've been using the walking away method which seems to calm her down and she is relaxed when I come back in the room. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Other than that, things are good. I am so, so happy with her. I'll post pictures on here soon. I just think she's gorgeous. But I'm a little partial. Thanks for all the advice and well wishes!!

Thanks so much! She's such a sweet puppy. The only issue at this time is potty training. :/ I'm using a bell on the door. Some days she will ring it every time she needs to go out! Tons and tons of treats and praise to follow. She just wiggles her nub.Thenwe have the days where she will squat while playing and continue playing like nothing happened. I take her out every hour, after a nap, after playing and drinking (with leash and right back in). Somehow we still have accidents. I don't punish her, just remove her from the situation and clean it up. I don't say anything. I try to grab her mid pee/poo and take her out. Any suggestions? Should I say "no" after?

If you catch he in the act make a noise that will startle her a bit so she stops then pick her up and do as you have been doing. When you catch them doing it you can correct for it but gently, after the fact it is too late. Also make sure that you are using a cleaner that really gets rid of the scent as anything left there and they will continue to pee generally.
