What breed do you think are Ramsey Snow's dogs.

Those who watch Game of Thrones have probably seen the mean dogs use for the young villian and even when the are not shown too much i've been trying to figure out wich breed they're using, looks like corsos or presas to me. What do you think??.

Sorry for bumping an old thread. But was wondering this. Couldn't find anything on Google. Thanks

I don't watch the show, but this is what I found. The Stark family's famous direwolves are not really wolves at all, though they certainly look wolf-like; they are really a group of specially-trained Northern Inuit Dogs, a crossbred relative of the Siberian Husky. The canine actress who played Sansa Stark's direwolf, Lady, is a Northern Inuit Dog named Zunni.

I want to know the answer to this also. I believe the stark wolves are definitely a different breed from ramseys hounds.

See what happens when someone who doesn't watch the show tries to comment? All wrong

Lol, but the info about the wolves was cool anyway. I thought there was some CGI or something going on with them because they are so big.

I'm too busy watching TWD and other zombie shows. I guess I could Netflix it and get caught up

I do love TWD. But I think Game of Thrones slightly out ranks it for me. I haven't gotten around to some of the other fun zombie shows out there yet so I'm lagging there.

Btw if you enjoy reading I have a couple of AMAZING zombie books I would highly recommend.

I would jump on that book bandwagon! Finding good horror books is like finding good horror movies... There's lots of them, but not many good ones!

I've not seen one single episode of Game Of Thrones but now that I know there's dogs in it I think I might have to.

*goes to look at Sky box sets*

Okay here are my zombie book recommendations for JamieHalverson, Boxergirl, sjdavenport and anyone else who is an avid reader and loves fiction.1. The Girl with All the Gifts by M.R. Carey.
This is a stand alone book and is simply amazing. If you haven't read it yet then it is well well worth the read. Even if you aren't into zombies.

2. The Newsflesh Trilogy by Mira Grant. The order of the books written below to make it easier.
Feed by Mira Grant (first book in the series)
Deadline by Mira Grant (second book in the series)
Blackout by Mira Grant (third book in the series) - I am currently working on this one and am pretty sad that I'm almost done with the series.
This series is a pretty quick and easy read (shorter books). But, they are so well researched and so well done it makes me feel like it could really happen. Like it's real. Incredible world building.

3. The Forrest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan - This is the first book in a series. I have only read the first one so far. I wouldn't rank it as high as the above mentioned books but it is still very interesting and a fun read.

And here is a non-zombie recommendation just because it is amazing and one of my favorite parts in the book is the dog. Since we are all dog lovers some of you might enjoy this if you haven't come across it yet.
4. The Chaos Walking Books by Patrick Ness. This is another trilogy
The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness (book 1 in the series)
The Ask and the Answer by Patrick Ness (book 2 in the series)
Monsters of Men by Patrick Ness (book 3 in the series)

I think some of the above are actually considered Young Adult reads. But, in my opinion good writing is good writing and a good story is a good story. :)

You definitely need to start watching! It is, after all, what Rhaegar is named for. :) He's always repping for House Targaryen.
He is a perfect Rhaegar!

My little sister named her cat after a GOT character also - Renly (of house Baratheon). haha

I love to read and can't wait to cue these up on kindle unlimited. Right now I'm enjoying a vampire series.
