My husband and I eloped after a long engagement. We ended up throwing a reception about 2 weeks later but skipped the whole ceremony thing. It was a lot easier on the bank account and we were still able to throw a party for family and friends.

I am STRONGLY considering and trying to convince the man.. Hawaii! MAN! Searching for a venue right now.... what a pain since eat one covers different things and for different amounts!!!! I may be narrowed down to two! An Urban art/photography studio OR a horse barn in the country! soo close in price when it comes down to the details. MAN!!!!!!

Congrats!! We did the justice of the peace at our local courthouse. Rings and everything, less than $500 dollars total...Married 9 and a half years so far

Man! Tempting... definitely! But I may have found the perfect venue... calls for VERY little decorating and it's funky fun! :-D I love it! Seattle is an amazing place for many things! It's just not cheap. :-D Or I may do a barn in the country, also looking at an old restored train depot in a small town up north. MAN! Thanks guys!
