Well said Mary a few months ago I never even heard of a CC besides this site, now "breeders" are popping up everywhere and plenty of dogs are in rescues.

I can say this...We were looking for breeders a couple weeks ago and one was cathys. The funny part about her saying that is when you email with them its all generic emails. Each time its like well if your interested deposit this. If you guys would like I have emails from them i can post.

I have just found this site & I have to say, VERY interesting what people say or do when they are one sided or all out wrong! Mr JohnZ bought a female pup from us out of the Marston's Layla X Cathey's Tito breeding. At about 7 wks she had grown a calcium deposit on her right front knee. Which I did call JohnZ immediately as I was driving to the vet. (Mind you he demanded that he take the pup home with him ASAP on that Friday & that he did) I informed him that I would gladly replace her with the very next available female from my December litter. He refused & stated that would be to long to wait. I also informed him that deposits are non-refundable & will only be forwarded to the next available. Then I offered a pup from my January litter... Again refused! Therefore after many phone calls & text later waiting on his choice he wanted a refund. I sent John all his money refunded minus deposit! So with knowing there is a contract & being informed deposits are non-refundable he still is having an issue with the deposit all this time later. Harassing, stalking, slander & texting abuse I find rather bothersome. If ANYONE would like to see said "JOKE" pup please let me know & I will gladly post pics of her today... Per owner's approval!

You know if everyone was busy minding they're own business life would be a little easier. I bought a puppy from Cathey's Cane Corso, so have quite a few other big name breeders purchased from them. We are all more then happy with the puppies we have gotten from this breeder. All the puppies are quite exceptional when it comes to breed standard. Not to mention this breeder you are all so interested in has health tested her dogs, that's a plus. This breeder has championed their latest sire, that's a plus. Oh and this breeder sticks to their contracts, that's a plus. Buyers should not sign a contract stating they understand that a deposit is not refundable or agreeing to abide by it, only to turn around and complain that a long time breeder is going to uphold it. Gossip causes more problems then good. If you all have questions go to the source. Read the real reviews. Complaints hidden on websites like this that are not overly popular where only a few will read just shows your looking to add to the problem and you are the type who can not be satisfied with any option handed to you to fix the situation. Also... the Corso has been around for a very long time just because you haven't heard of it or it's breeders doesn't mean there weren't they're all along.

He paid balance in full before she was ready to go. I asked that he leave her longer for monitoring. He took pup reguardless what I said. Kept for a few days & then returned her. I offered 3 replacements & he denied all 3. Asked for refund & I GLADLY gave him full refund minus deposit. I will load pics when I figure out how to do it on this form.
