you bet i do!!!! but i dont do it constantly, I cycle my meat from chicken to beef etc, in my opinion that's healthier since the diet is varied and more natural.

You are more advanced than I am- my dogs meat choice is dependent on what the store has on sale or what deals I can get from china town lol.. I always use organ meat, and tripe, but the meat and bone varies depending on what type of deal I can get.

When did trigs oj start to manifest?

At about 11 weeks is when he started barking at strangers and started getting really uncomfortable around them. I called Luis he told me the oj is here to stay it's up to me how severe I want it to Be. I could either encourage it or discourage it. I decided to stay neutral and let him do his thing. It seems to be escalating even more now. I just had my oh shit moment last week and I thought I had seen everything.

Lol I love it, that's one of the big ass arguments Louie and myself had- he says oj can be suppressed with training and socialization I say if you can train it out I don't want it lol. I love how you stayed neutral and your boy still is showing good temp. I have cheated in the past with temp on my filas doing civl agitation work as soon as they started naturally showing temp to enhance it and bring out the natural drive to the levels of almost to extreme..

It's a means to an end, I don't consider it cheating. You can't make a dog do something it's not capable off. A dog with weak nerves will always have weak nerves it's genetic. You can hide it pretty well with training but apply enough pressure and the dog will bolt, all you did was bring out genes.
I'm glad I didn't encourage it, it would have accelerated the rate at which his temp progressed, leaving me ill prepared. Being neutral allowed his temp to progress at its own pace and gave me enough time to adjust, thanks to that I can read him pretty well. In a properly bred fila the temp will always come out, all you can do is change the pace at which it comes out.

I just came to this thread too. From a link in another, this is so interesting to read. Although Fila's are a banned breed here so i could never have one I am still just so mesmerized by them
