Apollo used to do that too. His breeder said it was because it looked like a big eye, but I think he was just being a goof.....

I knew he was looking big lately. He gained pretty good this week. I still need to take pics of him, it's warm out today so maybe we will go play

Thank you, we sure do love him. Although I am looking forward to puppy classes, he likes to chase my 2 yr old and grab his clothes:/ He also can get onto the couch and the end tables really well now, so we are working with him on that. Today we had some off the leash outside time, he did good coming back to me a few times but would rather ignore me and hunt for mushrooms. Potty training at night has been great, he wakes me by licking my toes when he needs to go, which isn't usually until about 5-6am, but during the day he has some days where he has a lot of accidents and some where he has maybe 1-2. We go out what seems like constantly, after he drinks, wakes up, plays, eats, stops playing and then every 1-2 hours otherwise. I am being patient and not stressing, so hopefully I am rewarded soon:pray:. He loves to pull on the christmas tree, it's his first one so I assumed it would be an issue and put all the special ones higher up and then left the bottom 1-2 somewhat bare and only used the plastic shatterproof ones down there. We won't be putting out gifts until the night of for sure.

I found out last year that shatter proof is not puppy proof. I still haven't decide on how I can have a tree yet. One boy eats trees while the other thinks anything shaped like a ball is a ball.

He has broken one, but the shatter roofing at supposed to web instead of busting completely apart, so it was really easy to get it all back out before he hurt himself. It's only been 36hrs so maybe he will forget about it soon:)

excellent!!! Christmas is always an adventure at our house ,one year odin was sleeping behind the tree and when he came out the lights were around his neck ,He got freaked out when the tree fell and then ran dragging the tree. Awe well -never a dull moment anyway.

That imagine made me giggle. I am not sure if it's better sooner or later to introduce the tree, or shih tzu was 6 months when the tree went up and he liked to lay under it and paw at everything and then burrow in the skirt. But he does do less damage:) So far we have only lost one ornament and if we loose more it gives me the excuse to buy more:)

Our first EM liked to play a game with the cat we had at the time. Whenever the tree came into the house the cat decided that was HER domain & any intruders who come near would get chased & slapped in the face. She would sleep on tree skirt & wait for Jessie to walk by. Every single time she did the cat would fly out from under the tree, slap Jessie & scared the bejesus out of her. Funniest thing ever to watch. 8 lbs vs. 135 lbs. lol!

13 weeks today, will be taking Bentley to petsmart today to weigh him and checking his height again. My guess is 2 inches on height and we are about at 40 pounds. He's starting to kill my back having to pick him up to put in the car!
