I train muay thai every god damn day!!!! 6 mile warm up run, 10 min jump rom,10 min muay thai technique, 30 min sparring, 300 round kicks, 200 knees, 100 elbows on heavy bag (to harden bones) , 15 min clinch work, 15 pad work.....
