Towel suggestions

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for super absorbent towels? Kryten does not like to stay wet after he gets a bath but it takes 3-4 bath sized towels to dry him off to the point where he stops pouting. He hates any form of fan blowing on him so that's not an option.

Not that you asked for suggestions to help lessen the water stuck in their fur, but, I use a rubber blade grooming brush to shed a good amount of water off before it's towel time.

Less water would equal fewer towels, thanks.

You know i was thinking the other day, while bathing the dog, after using my hand as a squeegy, if they made such a thing. I will have to look for one because my female that has the yeast problem has to be bathed at least once a week and shes huge and she has lots of loose skin and its hard to towel her off with out the skin moving with the towel, i basically have to hold her skin with one hand and towel with the other, so im thinkin a blade would be a good idea, thanks AK

I use my hand as the squeegy, too... our male dog was occasionally a bit offended when I reached the 'low point drain'... :)
Denna doesn't always want to stand still for it... we do have some shedding blades around - I'll be trying that next time!
