My girl Kiva, my best friend, lost her battle with cancer on Friday, it was the hardest thing that i have had to do , to watch you go to soon from my life, we only had 4 years together but they were the best 4 years of my life. You left me 3 beautiful kids that remind me of you everyday and for that i am greatfull .

I miss you every day, i think of you always, I love you Kiva and till we meet again.

Its very empty feeling in my house hold , even with 4 still here, they are all feeling the loss, she was the alpha all the way, so much has changed in the pack since Friday, she ruled with an iron fist and now that she is gone, the dogs are more relaxed and do not bark as much when they are outside. Victory used to eat so fast , now she is the last one to finish, she is now eating one kibble at a time. Kiva also used to rule the kitchen, she would keep the others from getting close to the counters, now the dogs seem to be enjoying there freedom in the kitchen to much lol, i have had a few things nabbed off the stove and the counter since she has been gone. She lives on in her kids, i see her in them everyday with some of the things they do, its hard but everyday it gets a little better.

Thank you all for the kind words, it means alot to me to have friends like you guys who understand that they are not just dogs but family and my dogs are my family, thank you friends for being here, hugs to all

oh man, I am so sorry for you loss.

my heart goes out to you and your babies, it is never easy to lose them.
I feel as if I knew her, with all of your stories and family pics. thank
goodness for her children, who will help ease a little part of the
emptiness.
