How old is the new pup? Unless it has had all it's puppy shots I would think twice before taking Diesel to meet the puppy yet...especially given where Diesel has been the past week. If the puppy has not had all its shots, I am surprised the breeder would agree to this? Maybe I am misunderstanding?

Good deal on getting the pup back. I will say, for future reference.... Lets stay out of the doctors face for minor cuts and bruises. And if it aint aggression lets just leave the dogs out of it.

The puppies are 7 weeks tomorrow. They go to the vet sometime this week or next week for shots I do believe. If they dont have them done this week then it will not be Sunday that we will be taking Diesel out to meet the pup. She is suppose to call me and let me know if we are good for Sunday or not. If not then it will not be this coming weekend it will be the first weekend in May. I guess I should have clarified that.

Welcome Home Diesel!! I hope adjusting well.

I did go back and read your other thread about getting a puppy, I'm wondering where and when did the thought of adopting a puppy come up? Have you been thinking about this for awhile or did the opportunity present itself while Diesel was at the Shelter? Also, I forget, how old is Diesel?

Diesel is doing great other than he has is head stuck up my butt and the husbands butt since we have been home...... we did notice that in the 10 days he had lost a lot of weight:(. I dont think he was eating well at all, as soon as he came in he hit the water bowl and food bowl after I filled it and chowed down. I had to take the bowl away from him, because I didnt want him to get sick. The only other thing that is out of the ordinary is he acts like he wants to "hump" me....... not sure what that is all about....... After he ate when we got home we took him out to the backyard and played ball to let off some of the energy he had stored up. We were outside for most of the evening.........
Here are some pictures
