Have you taken her to the vet for her first puppy check up yet?

And do you have a contract that states you're getting a show puppy?

It takes more than champ parents to make a pup worth breeding. Let alone make one worthy of breeding. And TM's are not for just anyone. So I would think all pups would need to be placed before you even tried for a litter. Just food for thought. Gonna cost thousands of bucks for the test needed to properly breed. Unless your just out to make a buck and dont give a shit about the breed's future.

In answer to your original question, yes, you should inform the breeder.

And regardless of what you think of Chunk's phrasing you now get to convince me that you give a shit about the breed before I really want to have anything further to do with you.

No thats the reality of owning a rare, hard to handle breed. One thats large and ripe for jerks to flood the market with cheap, untested pups, with no reason for ever having breed the dog other than making a buck. Thast not to say thats you in the least. But I assure you, if that got your panties in a bunch, your in for a head cracking round here. Alot of folks here dont like breeding with out some hell of a reason. And thats cause the over whelming majority of breedings are done by back yard breeders. Thats a fact. That means theres a better than avg chance any person wanting to breed the pup is a BYB. Not to say you are. But dont take offence to things that dont apply to you.

The word Unless is the entry. You dont enter unless it aplies

Brother no need for apologies either way. No need to leave either. Ruth is one of a few here that loves and owns a TM. No one wants to see their perspective breed on a ban list. Like my Breed, the Fila is in many countries and states. Fila's are only outlawed from idiots owning them and breeding them. Ruth dont want to see the TM face the same results. She may be a hard ass some times but it has ever thing to do with the dogs
