Magnum's official Growth thread....

Magnum went to the vet for his second set of shots today. He weighed in at 38.1 pounds. Everything looked good and the vet was happy. In a few weeks we go back to get his 3rd and final set and his rabie shot. He is growing FAST! He is 11 weeks old now and ALL puppy! He is into everything and constantly moving but has begun to sleep through the night and the house breaking is going fantastically. He has only ever had one accident in the house and he now goes to the door to ask to go out. He and Ruger adore each other and play all of the time. He is the perfect fit for us. :)

Kris wow he's gotten big!!!!! Some one is spoiled on the couch. Lol!!! Seeing the picture of Ruger and Magnum reminds me of a picture I snapped of Stone and Mason. Best Friends :) get ready for more rapid growth. Mason just turned 5 months and hes about shoulder to shoulder with Stone.

He sure has. I now have two favorite breeds! I love the EM personality...All laid back and stuff but the Great Dane is so AWESOME! He is seriously into EVERYTHING! But he has so much personality and charm!! Yeah, he claimed the big oversized chair in my living room and is officially sleeping in the bed with Ruger and I now. LOL Post that phot of Stone and Mason, I would love to see it. I love these of Ruger and Magnum. They just make me smile. Let me ask you something. Is is a Great Dane thing to have dirty ears? Rugers ears are really clean and when he gets his weekly bath, I clean them. Magnum........YIKES! I can clean his ears and the next day they are filthy. They aren't bothering him and they don't stink so it is just dirt but DANG! LOL

He is the whitest dog I have ever seen. He is so cute and getting so big. You better look into getting a custom bed that all 3 of you will fit in. lol

I think he's getting cuter as he grows. :) Can't wait to watch him mature and grow into a "great" Great Dane. :)

Thank you! That cuteness gets him out of a lot of trouble!
OMG he's killing me with all his cuteness! I can't wait till he's full grown.

He is definitely getting cuter by the day! At the rate he is growing that "Great" Great Dane is already coming way too fast! LOL

I just love him. I could use some big goofy puppy kisses right about now!

He does love his chair but he is NOT a couch potato! He is a go, go , goer! LOL Yes, space is going to be an issue at night...Very soon. LOL

LOL I swear that's Mason, worse than a toddler constantly into EVERYTHING. I take it away put it somehwere else, he looks at me finds its, and brings it back. I honestly have a hard time staying mad at him.

About the ears, it depends. With Stone I could leave his ears for a month and they are clean. Mason, his ears are dirty in a matter of days. I noticed the older he gets his ears aren't that nasty as they used to be.

His new thing is to steal stuff and take it to his bed. He seems to believe if he an get it there, it belongs to him. He raises mortal hell when you take it away. And this little thing can MOVE.....Of course he is clumsy as hell so the running usually ends with a lide and fall or running directly inot a door or piece of furniture. LOL I can't stay mad at him either but he drives me insane! :) He steals things that are way too big for him to carry and runs off with them (or attempts to) cracks me up. He likes to dog but he is never outiside without me. He dives face first into mud, dirts, previously dug hole.......He is a mess and his ears stay filthy. I have been cleaning them every night and bathing him once a week if I can wait that long. LMAO

THEY ARE SOOOO CUTE!! Looks like Ruger is holding him down in their shots together, "Hey little buddy, it's time to relax."

The STEALING is Mason's worse habit right now, Kris:mad: I feel your pain, and yes the "tantrums" and "backtalk" I get are normal, Magnum sounds like a hoarder lol! Such a trooper. How does Ruger handle him if he gets a little excited?

Well with a white dog he's a magnet for dirt
