I am low on vitamin d but unfortunately I'm also semi allergic to the sun haha so I have to rely on the pilled form.

Me too. When doc told me I was allergic to the sun, I laughed. I told him, I'm Samoan, Samoans are not allergic to the sun. I have Vit D checked via blood every 6 months. It's usually low every other test. I take extra Vit D. I hate being allergic to the sun. I use lots of sunscreen.

I just read a report on low Vit D recently published. Low Vit D is running rampant in the U.S. and caused a number of medical issues.

I'm alright just wrapping my head around it. Right now I am trying to get used to the Clindamycin for the bone infection in my skull. It's possibly the cause of my issues but not sure yet. They took a biopsy from in my nose up into my sinus and under my upper jaw and the side of my head so I am pretty sore but results were positive for staff. So I will order some colodial silver as soon as I can to help push this out. After the infection is over I will get another MRI to see if the shadows are gone. I have been through this before so once my stomach settles I will be good.
