Does your dog snort?

Bella does the huff when she thinks she might have to bark at something. She also does it when she wants me to play. They all kind of sneeze at each other when one has been out & comes back home. They sneeze at their people too. Kind of a greeting. I sneeze back. :) Ruby is the snorter. Ally makes very little noise, & when she does it's so soft you have to be right next to her to hear it. When I try to kiss Sunny on his head, he says "mmmph." But no snorting.

Xerxes snorts when he is playing with his soccer ball. He has deflated it of course and stuffs the whole thing in his face and comes at you snorting and then drops it for a throw or a kick. When the snort is accompanied by a front leg stomp it is usually because something has put him in guard mode. Like the garbage at the curb this morning. :)
