Where are you getting this dog? From a breeder? I'd be pretty leery of anyone who is mixing CCs and Presas. I'm $#@!uming the parents have no titles and no temperament testing? Recipe for disaster.
And no, I wouldn't trust any large dog unsupervised with a toy breed. They should be watched or separated by crates or gates at all times.
Really. People are so quick to judge. Regardless of the breeding. Be patient and consistent. You basically have a bandog. Both cane corsos and presas are essentially recreated breeds anyway. With the presa being more civil (human aggressive) in nature
If you socialize extensively. Exercise adequately and are calm patient and consistent. You will develop a calm manageable dog. The same principles hold true for both breeds.
Expect adolescent push back and a an adult attitude around 18-24mo.
Both can be rank driven and assertive. Both will be protective.
You can do this.
Pure bred dogs were once intentional crosses in the first place.
And most of these newly popular molossers are recreations as well.
Love and respect your dog.

I have a presa and a Cane Corso mix, socialization at. young age with people and dogs is a benefit. My dog is the most loving dog to people and almost ever dog ,children not. Problem he listens, he's intelligent ,can be a pain in the ass but well worth it you have the best of both worlds. It's all how you raise them in have had 3 pit bulls and not one of them were aggressive. Now my female tori was being picked on when she was less then a year by a Alaskan malamute and a timber wolf mix 85 percent timberwolf and 15 percent malamute it all came down to my peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I was sitting on my tailgate eating my lunch and this guy dog had been picking on my dog all day my dog was afraid of it but when it came up to grab my sandwich that was it and my f****** dog beat the s*** out of this 6-year-old Alaskan Malamute timberwolf broke his leg ripped his cheek off I mean it was nasty and I was trying to get him off the dog the whole time and I couldn't and I've never seen a dog that angry and I've never never trained it or wanted it to be that angry but I saw what it could do and I've had three of them and they've all been great dogs and this dog is better personality than all of themI do not know of anyone responsible breeding these two breeds together. There is no way to predict what they will be like together.
