Hello everyone, my name is Larry and I am a Mastiff-holic. Nah, my wife and I just love them (too much? nah). I retired from the military and live in Virginia, but I grew up in Alabama (Roll Tide).
We adopted Sasha (Cane Corso) 18 months ago from our local shelter. We picked up Maury (Neo) yesterday from the same shelter. Both are 3 years old and act like they are puppies.
Hobbies are photography and starting a second business. We are thinking about a family dog park with lots of trails, but it is still in the development stage.
Sorry about the photo (third time posting it), it is the only one of the both of them at the time.
I forgot to add that I am in British Columbia, Canada.
Hey! Staffies are such great dogs. They've got such personalities wrapped up in their little bodies.
Love posts with loads of pics in them!!!
My name is Marie, also from London
Soon to be mama of Bane, who is currently 6 weeks today!
Something interesting? Me and my boyfriend have separate duvets as we both sleep the same way facing the same side. Saves on arguments and tug of war I guess lol.
Oops i forgot pictures!
I know this is a mastiff forum but when you brought up staffies I just had to share a video of my godaughter and her dog she grew up with, Champ. Hate how they get a bad rep in the papers, i'd like to prove them wrong!
Awh! Yeh we were originally going to get a staff but felt a bm would fit our living style more. Have you been to any bm meets in London or anywhere else in the uk, doesnt seem to be much around! Does coco get along with your staff?
Same, i'm hoping to find more BM owners on here in London so we can get a meet going thats so adorable, champ, the one the video belongs to a friend of ours. Hes extremely well trained but hasnt been socialised a lot lately. Hes around 7 or 8 and we'd love for him to meet Bane at some point. When you got coco did u have to wait until week 8 to have her vaccs? We are picking up bane 2 days shy before his 7 weeks
Ahh okay thanks for the advice. 8 weeks for bane is new years eve and with christmas me and the breeders schedules werent matching up not forgetting time off work. I guess i can have bane explore the back garden until then!
