Take another video of it and bring it into thr vet with him.

And yup. I'm drawing a blank on the type of mange right this moment, but every do carries it at least a little.

Demodex mange? Angus had that when he was a puppy. It started out as very small patches of dry, scabby skin... he lost his hair in those spots. At first I couldn't tell if they were just war wounds from playing with the girls too rough or not. It soon became very obvious what it really was. I left it to see if it would clear up on his own, but he ended up being put on Ivermectin. It cleared it up, but it was a struggle getting him on the right dose.

Demodetic perhaps? Apparently all dogs gave it but it only gets out of control when their immune system is low. His cost, you can see it sort of. It really is not that noticeable but within his blue coat, he has darker spots and those are the problem areas. Here's a picture

That sounds about right. Vet said if it gets worse bring him back. He says that it usually clears up as they get a bit older..so far, no bald spors

Poor guy. One thing I noticed was that Angus got SUPER itchy while he had mange.

Hope Kaz is doing better. Baci is STILL limping a month later, tons of rads, but they only thing they can agree on is that her growth plates are closing a bit early do to her heat cycle. Hopefully things will resolve when it's over. Is it possible that could be Kaz's issue as well (other than the heat cycle? lol).

Had Kaz to the vet again yesterday and had his foot x-rayed..no broken bones however, vet found he has a very small cyst in between his toes (on the web) not sure at this point what it is but boy did his toe swell up a few nights back! He is walking fine now and has been for the past few days and his toe has gone down in swelling but the little cyst is there..It may have been bigger before as we just noticed it so for now, I am doing epsom salt soaks and vet wanted him on antibiotics just in case. Anyone else ever have a cyst between the toes on the web?

My English bulldog gets inter digital cysts between her toes occasionally. It's seems to be common to the breed, I don't know about the Neo, the ones I've had never had this problem. I usually treat at home with epsom salt soaks as well. I soak then put hydrogen peroxide and dry well. I also apply baby gold bond between her toes once the cyst is healed a little to keep her feet dry. I don't know if it's a coincidence but she seems to get them more in the spring and summer when she goes in the swampy water areas. I just had her at the vets a few weeks ago because her whole foot swelled up from a cyst and also had a swollen lymph node in her chest from the infection. She was given antibiotics and is fine now. My Vet also gave me a wipe to use, DOUXO Chlorhexidine 3% Pads. She said next time I see a cyst forming to wipe it with the pads. We'll see how it works the next time she get's one. This time I didn't notice soon enough, it wasn't until she started limping and then I noticed her foot was a little swollen. The key is to spot it and treat it before it gets infected.

Tramadol is a pain reliever that is safe for dogs, but you need to get it from the vet...it's by prescription only. It is used for humans with mild to severe pain as a substitute for Vicodin or any other opiate pain killer because Tramadol is a non-opiate and much safer. It's also prescribed to arthritic patients. I found it to be very effective for my pug.

I recently tried Tramadol/Ultram on my older mix dog for his pains and I feel that it did not work as well or last as long as plain buffered .aspirin. He was limping and moaining in just a few short hours on Tramadol. With aspirin he is good for 12 to 24 hours.

Just like in humans, what doesn't work for one may work for another and vice versa. Just a suggestion, but, of course, if the aspirin works better than there you go. It could be a dosage thing too.
