I am a New Yorker gone Pennsylvanian . . . HAHA!! Seriously, a mutt here too - Irish, Scottish, English, Native American . . . My husband would also say I am about 50% pain in the butt too!! :razzberry:

Mutt with a far removed history of English, Irish, Scottish on my mom's side, and german on my dad's side. I will admit to being a damn yankee. I currently live in Dallas, TX have for 20+ years but was born North of the Mason Dixon. From a native Texan's perspective a yankee is someone from North of the Mason Dixon who comes south to visit, a Damn Yankee is one who stays. :)

I am Canadian, descending from Irish who made their way over during the potato famine.
My husband is Italian, so both he and my son have EU citizenship as well as Canadian.
Now all I have to do is convince him to move there...

I have lived in Victoria on Vancouver Island in BC Canada my whole life. I am Canadian. :)

As for the family history, that is currently a mystery! We are putting together the pieces of our past by going through my grandparents photos, letters, etc... some pretty interesting things and lots of "skeletons" so who knows what I will find out!!!!

Russian did you wife teach you how to speak russian

I know around 30 words well and can understand around 50 more. I can understand most of a conversation by knowing those words and reading body language when I visit Russia.
