Cruiser's diet has changed with each stage. We started out on Innova, transitioned to Blue Basics, then TOW and now for maintenance Authority Grain Free Chicken & Rice. He also gets fresh meats, yogurt, fruits & veggies and loves pasta!

He is a big goober! His one expensive habit is peanut butter, this boy will eat as much of it as you are willing to give. I am hoping his weight gain tapers off soon and really wanted him to stay below 200, but his parents were very large and I doubt he stops growing soon. I had reservations about taking him as a pup because his parents were enormous, dad weighed in at 259 which was ridiculous! It sounds fun to have such a big dog, but as they become seniors it really makes it hard to handle him when he gets to the point where walking and getting up is an issue. Buddy topped the scales right at 189lbs. Cruiser looks heavy in the photo but when he stands he is still pretty lean, just tall, I think the tallest and longest of my 5 boys and 1 girl over the years.

Are you sure you didn't plant him in a grow bag as a baby? Come on now, you can tell us. You used to put him in a pot of manure each night didn't you?
