We have a sweet tosa inu mix dog who is about six months old.
At her last visit to the vet, the vet detected a heart murmur. He said there is no need for further analysis yet, but we should just monitor her behaviour and energy level. He also said it may be dangerous or may not - and not knowing what could happen to her, makes me crazy...

She is very lazy and sleeps a lot, but as this is my first mastiff i do not know how much sleep and laziness is allowed

Does anyone have any advices on what should i do? Maybe go to another vet to see what they have to say?
