It’s July 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] here in Seattle and it’s been raining nonstop practically and still 10 degrees cooler than the average. But compared to all this heat I’m seeing in the other parts of the country (not to mention power outages and fires), I’ll take this cool rainy spell! But we too love a good dry day!

Anne you are a lucky woman Seattle is gorgeous, a dear friend of mine lives there, maybe I'll actually get to see it one of these days. Believe it or not I have a friend that went to Forks can you guess why? LOL!

Aw Oaks sorry droughts suck! Texas had a bad year last year...my grass is just now starting to look normal. There are so many large dead trees in our area the thought of what it will be like if we get another hurricane through here scares me half to death! It will be a huge mess for the entire city.
