I noticed that bb seems to be a more active mastiff. So I stumbled across this video when reading about a treadwheel for mastiffs. This looks like tons of fun to me.

Do you think a bb would be good at this for exercise? How much weight do you think an adult male could comfortable cart? How long should they do it for?

I'm going to do more research. I wonder if they have carting competitions lol.

I know there's all different pulling competitions for dogs, weights, sleds, not sure about carts though, does look like fun though

I know for a fact that the BB can do this. I have seen similar devices and even a one person stand up snow sled that a single BB was pulling with ease. I would love to have a cart like that BTW.

That's actually less than I thought they would be. I don't see any braking system, do you suppose they rely on the dog being able to stop the momentum behind him?

I haven't gone to the link but if the carts are like the one I trained Kryten on the side poles work as the brakes. The poles are clipped to the harness and when the dog stops the clips only let the cart move a short distance before it stops.
