Toys that last more than five mins?

Hi all! Just found this forum. I have a 'Jarvis'. He's. a doll and a great dog. Just curious what toys these massive jaws can handle? We have a Kong (only good if full of peanut butter). We have a Kong Wubba (very little interest). We have gone thru a crazy amount of rope toys and its only been 4 months. What is everyone playing with?

FOr a dog who's determined to kill everything there isn't much. We mostly go with cardboard boxes and rolls for cheap instead of long lasting.

I babysit a 3 year old EM & he likes plastic bottles. Remove all the small pieces that can be swallowed & he entertains himself for a long time. Stomping on it, throwing it in the air, pushing it under the couch...really whatever he can think of to make it crack & pop! My EM girl loves her kong (it's the extra large, black one) so much that she has just about destroyed it. So there's not much her teeth can't destroy.

Be careful with the rope toys, don't let your boy swallow any pieces of the toy as it could possibly cause a GI obstruction.

Jolly Balls. You can find them in the Horse section at any farmers store like UFA or CO-OP. It is a big ball with a handle attached. I also use rubber balls that are bigger than normal. Kong makes one and JW brand has one. Tire Biter toys are decent too.

Boxes, plastic bottles and a small lawnmower tire are Cruisers favs. The tire was $6, he loves it, slings it around, knows how to make it roll on the floor and plays with it daily.

Hi!!! I know this thread is a little old but just in case you were still looking Admiral likes the XL-Nyla bone. The one that looks like a thigh bone. He is an aggressive chewer and so far that is the only thing that lasts him more than a month... And he is 11 months old. The joly ball only lasted about three days.

Plastic bottles are cheap and effective, but I also use used UTV tires off my Polaris.
Hang then up like a rope swing.
