  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

This woman needs to be stopped.

How in the hell does a person end up with that many dogs not being cared for? I hope they hold her accountable when the investigation is over. Just sad.

Accountable, for sure. But I'm afraid she may be mentally ill.

I mean...WHAT KIND OF MIND DOES THIS?!

Sounds like she is probably a hoarder.

This is not her first time either. When I first moved to Fort McMurray the SPCA had confiscated 40 dogs in 2007 from her... huskies, wolf hounds and other breeds. She went as far as to fight for visiting rights etc. She moved to Saskatchewan and did the same thing again... in 2010 so had 82 dogs confiscated and was slapped with a small fine and orders not to own MORE THAN 2 dogs!!! In my opinion she shouldn't be allowed to have ANY. The extent of neglect seen on these dogs is terrifying. Also having spoken to people who own her dogs here they arrived at their new homes with as many mental and psychological scars as physical.
Fast forward to the present and she moved again and gets caught again. This time her number of dogs has more than DOUBLED!
Obviously we have a very flawed system. As someone with mental issues of this extent should have court ordered Psychiatric evaluations and counselling etc. This woman is sick. She seriously believes that she is loving and taking care of these animals. Let's just hope that this time she gets punished to the full extent of the law and receives the OBVIOUS mental help that she desperately needs.

It's insane from any standpoint. Taking out 8hrs for sleep and 3hrs for feeding yourself and other basic human functions, that would leave a maximum of 3.7 min of time per dog you would have on a daily basis, impossible
