Swim??

My dogue LOVES the water, anything from a mud puddle, stream/river/lake/ocean...he's game.

When he was a pup, my friend put him on a short surf-board and paddled him out into the bay. Mateo fell off, and sank like a stone. But then he bubbled up to the surface and swam back to shore.

I thought he'd be traumatized. Nope. He's obsessed with water and loves to swim. I got to swim with him in a lake this summer (although he did try to "rescue" me from evil waves, LOL).

Denna loves water too... she loves to blow bubbles when diving for balls...
We do have a life-vest for her - but that's more for my peace of mind, than hers.

I always bring Lexi ( 5 month female) to this park where there is a huge lake. She always goes close to the lake but never steps foot in it. Recently, she slowly stepped into the water then took the plunge. Her whole body went under the water. I was so scared but she popped right back up and started to swim around. Now, she loves to jump in the water.
