[Mooshi's Mummy]

Hello everyone. I thought I would show you some photo's of my adventure this weekend. Saturday morning mummy woke me up at 5am to take me to see my friend Sid, he is a GSD x Lab and is owned by his human Steve who my mummy works with, we went to the Grantham Canal for a 10 mile walk. It was a beautiful morning, the birds were singing and it wasn't too hot. My mummy let me off lead as it was very early and there want much chance of meeting many other dogs at that time in the morning. Well!!! I found a really nice part of the canal that needed further investigation, the water was a really pretty blue/grey colour and it smelled like eggs. I LOVE eggs and thought my luck was in with a free lunch, how wrong I was. My mummy yelled at me to get the hell out of the sludge, she spoils all my fun. I mean it only smelled a bit, but mummy said I stunk like the worst rotten eggs you could imagine, but I didn't think so, I even took a sip to see if it tasted like eggs. My mummy gagged. Well the day just got better after that because we went to a place called Cotgrave Country park and you will never guess what they have there....a doggy pond!! Yes really, a whole pond just for me...I mean doggies. Its all fenced in so we are nice and safe and I went for a really nice swim, which made me stink a little less. When I was in the pond 2 Dalmatians came to the fence to say hello but they didn't like me very much so their human took them away, I didn't mind really as they were fat! Then we went back to Sid's house and I got to see his chickens...I like chickens but mummy said I couldn't eat one, its not the done thing...what ever that mean. But I did get to share mummy's breakfast of bacon and eggs. At long last eggs that I am allowed to have! Then I went home and had my breakfast and went to sleep on the back step. Phew! Well I hope you all had a nice weekend and had as much fun as me. Love from Mooshi the Swamp Monster.

Mooshi loves being off lead but please do be careful and make sure you have a pretty solid recall, these guys are renowned for taking off.

I went for a swim in the pond CeeCee. I still smell a little bit but nothing too bad. My mum says I am lucky I don't have to get in the bath and that the pond cleaned me up pretty good otherwise I would have had to have a shower and I would NOT have been impressed with that I can tell you.

Tessa hates to get a bath, but loves loves loves swimming & for whatever reason she will jump into the tub if I am taking a bath or a shower--somehow that is different!

Thanks--I'm getting obsessive about the wet TM pics cuz I am trying to get a good look at their body without the fur so fluffy cuz it blocks seeing the shape--Mooshi barely looks wet with all of that fur!
