I don't have a DDB, but my CC sleeps in a similar position.

This is him four different times in the same day lol... he is a big napper.

I don't think it's a mastiff specific pose!
My Cockapoo and cat sleep like that too. So do my uncle's Golden Retriever.
They're probably trying to copy us humans.

Lately this has been Kujo's favorite sleeping position, note the full extension of the back legs

Looks like he passed out on his way to the toilet to puke his guts out!

Those are hilarious! Caesar never sleeps with his bits in full view. Nor does he extend his legs full out like that. Those pictures are awesome! I'd be inclined to toss a blanket over them for modesty... :)

My two tend to sleep in odd (from a human perspective at least) ways. The girl uses her brother as a pillow to rest her weary head which fortunately he doesn't seem to mind. Interestingly he's not allowed to rest his head on her. Perhaps its a dominance thing or perhaps he's just too heavy - she's a petite 53kg whilst he's a bigger 70kg. They sleep half on and half off their beds which looks very uncomfortable to me. And the boy will often sleep on the floor right next to an expensive soft bed we've bought. In fact the house is full of beds to such an extent that it looks like we're having a perpetual slumber party. On cold (relatively speaking for you Northern hemisphere types that have proper winters), they like to be snuggled up under some blankets.

IMG_00000147.jpgIMG_00000218.jpg We have a dog nudist, she's always showing her bits off. Of course she may just be emulating her dad who is also (thankfully clothed) in pic 2.
