I would take him to the vet and make sure. It could be eating to fast or drinking to much at once. They make bowls that have a puzzle in the bottom that helps with fast eaters. Try less food at once more times a day. But to be certain I'd go to the vet asap

How often and what's it look like? Is it only right after he eats? I'd still take him to the vet to get checked out, anyway... better to be safe than sorry, for sure.

What are you feeding him, when did you get him & what kind of treats are you giving him??? I have two male EM's that had dietary issues from early on......

How long ago was the parvo pup lost. Parvo can live a year or more on the ground. A vet check can't hurt right?

My Rosie was doing that because she's a hog, lol, I would have to say she was about the same age. She would scarf her food down go get a drink and then up it would come, then she tried to reeat it which made me throw up,lol I put her food in a raised dish that slowed her down enough that that nonsence stopped.
