For my Picks is:

#1 Dogo #2 CAO #3 Boerboel

If i ever own any other breed outside Dogos it would be a CAO just magnificent dogs

Boerboel. for the rest it's power, and there is a lot more in catching and holding a Boar than just that.
I will disagree with only one item from your list which is:

"Power: Boerboel, Tibetan Mastiff, Dogue De Bordeaux, Bullmastiff, Rottweiler"

Tell me of another breed on the list that can handle a 90+KG wild boar? if that's not power i don't know what is. The Dogo Argentino has a
Mesomorph

body and as a mesomorphic animal, no part stands out from the whole body which is harmonic and balanced.

To compare this is a 240+ EM who is with 2 Dogo's his playmates. He wrestled with them and while there 10 times more agile and faster, both on him at once he muscled around like ragdolls, they are no where close to him power wise. Take 2 of the 5 breeds listed and they could most likely hold him or out power him.
Granted he is the number 2 EM in the US and they are a pair of top ranked show Dogo's from hunting lines in Texas.

if you want brute power, guarding, protectiveness, fearless yet gentle with kids and family its very hard to match the CAO. you dont teach a CAO you just raise him and socialize him, he is a natural guardian and a fearless protector that cannot be bribed by a stranger. however a very stubborn and independent breed who is unstoppable once an attack is launched.
once you go for a CAO anything else would look easy to tame

two breeds worth mentioning: the serbian defensive dog and the rhodesian ridgeback a very fast and strong breed
