And oh geez, I didn't get into the dogs at all lol. I've been working with Apollo on his conformation handling skills since there isn't another handling class local till AFTER the next show I want to go to. I've been working with Arty on wearing a muzzle. Once I've got him wearing the muzzle I need to start re-introing the vets office as a good place again. And I'd like to start working Arty up in weight pull. I did a little back in the fall, and then didn't end up having the time I thought I would.

So much of my time is spent working/training/walking Loki I haven't had time for any hobbies since he came into my life. Once we are out of the puppy phase I'm sure that will change. I LOVE to play video games though. I have an Xbox 360 and love many games, that normally shocks people when they see me because I'm 35 and female and have a stuffy mortgage banking job, lol.

Right now I can't remember any hobbies. Been too busy working. But when I get time, I like to do hiking, dog stuff, horseback riding (haven't been in a long time but I am looking at a lease for a horse so may be doing it soon), scrapbooking and reading. I have to really shift my schedule as work has been a nightmare and takes up much of my waking time. Oh, and can your kids be your hobby as well? Because if we include all the kid centered activities that I do...Kung Fu, swimming, hockey, school events, cleaning, clothes shopping for them, music lessons, tournaments, homework...I think they get the lion's share of my free time and my money if I think about it. Summer time we like to go canoeing. Nothing really cool like building my own firearms but it is what it is. My dream is to restore a classic car but I have to take a few courses on it first.

I didnt even think about hobbies with the kiddos lol. Both of my younger ones love to work in the shop with me and we do martial arts, alot of water related stuff, fishing, tubing, skiing, cliff jumping etc. in the summer.There are alot of places around Austin to go hiking swimming etc..

Me too!! The wife and I are having one drawn up by a artist in Austin who specializes in Japanese work (wifes half Japanese, grew up in Okinawa). It's going to be a scene with a Geisha on my back and a samurai on her back when were beside each other they will be looking at each other with japanese theme in background. I think it's going to turn out killer. I still need to finish my texas themed half sleeve as well..

I want more tattoos dang it!!! Seems like its been forever since I got one

I used to keep all sorts of freshwater fish, and bred Bettas for a few years! It DOES eat up your time. Never done saltwater, I keep thinking about it though....

Yes the drawings are my designs and my tattooist put his own twist on them so they were combined.
I have drawn many club logos and others tattoos as well.
I sell my art here in Albuquerque most are custom pieces

Awesome aquarium, cuz! Hobbies...hmmmm...anything to do with dogs or has to do with music. I work with an indie rock band from Los Angeles booking their U.S. tours and soon an European tour. I'm always reading newsletters to keep up with the ever changing music world. I'm part of a group that helps dogs get adopted at the shelter. We help adopters set up transportation and fosters since most of our adopters are from out of state. I've helped transport dogs to WA and MA.

I'd like to see the ones that were influenced by your own artwork, I'm a big fan of ink work and the meaning behind it to an individual, when a person is able to combine their mental image with there own artistic talent I feel the tatoo has alot more meaning behind it.

Beautiful tank cuz. I have wanted to have one for years but as you know...the kids eat up the lion share of my budget. My plan is to invest in a saltwater tank once they move out.

That is an awesome aquarium! I used to keep freshwater tanks, but gave up due to lack of consistent time. My oldest girl keeps a saltwater tank now, and I just enjoy hers .

I read an obscene amount, carry books or Nook with me everywhere. In the summer we camp, kayak, set net salmon fishing, halibut fishing, (and all the processing of said fishing), hike, and the occasional paragliding (whenever I can afford it). I'm gradually increasing my flower garden; have tried veggies but don't do so well with that, especially when the dogs get in there and eat my broccoli and chard . I used to ice skate, performed in local seasonal show with a couple of other ladies, but stopped after I tore my hamstring again. I crochet or do needlepoint when I'm on vacation.

Does home improvement count as a hobby? My house seems to take up all my extra time and money...

Well lets see, back when I had a life I used to read a lot, horseback ride, camp occasionally, go out on the quads with the boys, occassionally get talked into going hunting again, crafts of most types I have tried at least once. Now if it isn't dog or kid related the chances of me getting to do it much is nil but I don't mind that I love both dearly so willing give up the rest for now at least.

When I am not cleaning up after Sadie and working with her, my husband and I road race. We go one weekend a month and beat the crap out of the car (we have shared a car up until this point). We just picked up my very own car last night, so now we just need to mod it and get it ready for the track. Last weekend we have the privelage of driving the new F1 track in Austin, TX. It was an awsome experience!!
