Not eating his raw or as much of it

I posted something similar to this 6 months ago when I felt Bane was over his food because he wouldn't finish it, but then I realized he was not hungry.

I am having the same issue again and highly doubt that he isn't hungry.

He weighs 109lb and is supposed to get 3.5-4lb of food a day. I mix it up as much as I can with all types of beef, chicken and tripe.

He hates turkey, rabbit, lamb and fish.

He would eat half of his food and turn away at the rest.

I try to feed him an hour later and still won't go for it.

I noticed that his waist line is thinning but not drastically.

Am I feeding him too much?

He gets his meals once a day because we had a problem with him eating his dinner (2nd meal) when meals were divided into two a day.

So I know he wakes up, runs around, gets walked 3 times has to make him hungry in time to eat at 7pm.

I am really getting sick of this.

He is a year old.
It has been steady warm since May.

At one year he's past the large majority of his growth. He's still got growing to do, but he's past the HUGE portion of it, so its entirely possible he doesn't need as much food, plus many many dogs eat less over the summer.

However, if I feed him as much as he is eating, his waist looks weird
People that we see at our dog park have made remarks.

Can you get pictures? Side profile standing, and then with him standing and you looking directly down at him.

I'm not to hugely worried by people's remarks. More than half the folks I meet out and about with the dogs have no idea what a proper weight looks like on a dog......

The heat will cause dogs to not eat as much as they usually do. Titan eats about 1/2 of what he usually eats during the summer. Once we see pics, we can give you a better idea.

Denna's an EM... heading toward 180lbs or so, and she only eats 2.5lbs/day. But, she may be much lower energy that your guy.
