Still chases If they book but once he gets them In a corner he will hold them.. Being he's a little over 15 weeks there's a lotta room for training mostly natural instinct with some correction..

Sure he's still young, my interest is more about how gentle or agresive is he over all, don't even now how to ask it, does he just keep an eye on them like a good LGD?, or is he too crazy on them, chasing and trying to grab them?, getting them stress or scare.

I ask because i had never really think about presas are LGDs, even when the the breed comes from a shepper dog in part.

Well Al I would say 50 50 ... The reason I got Gunnie was though I wanted a LGD( and my secrete fascination with mastiff's) but a child guardian too, living out in the country strangers, dogs and predators are always a concern. I hope to find him all of these and as I'm sure you also have read this is what they were used for before the dog fighting thing ... so time will tell and trust and believe I will keep you all informed.. in the past I've always tried to be the exception and not the rule. We have only been working on this a week, day one bonzi day five holding so in just a few short days we have seen the breed characteristic come out but who knows when the Pac leader is not around to stop an attack!!! plus goat taste good lol :) thank you for your interest alejandro..

Sure, thanks for the reply, it's something i always wonder, if the bully part of them already took over the shepper, of course it probably depends on the line mostly. Please keep me update.

Really great looking pup! And that's great you have all that land and can shoot right on your own property! I would have at least 6 dogs with all that land. 2 Presa's - 2 Bull mastiffs - 2 Boerboels. And three girls all the same age, I wish you a lot of luck in their teen years.

Ok just weighed Gunnie 5 months 60lbs. Guess he's right on track I will get some shots up soon!
Yeah I would put him about average. Or at least from what I have read. My guy was at 58.4lbs at 5 months. I have seen online some higher and some lower. Their is a good thread on weight just a couple threads away, fun to check out.

At 9 months my guy hit 101 and yours is basically right at the same pace.
