That would partly be our crooked mayor mumbles Menino, he's been pushing to bring it back in Boston, anything to deflect attention from all the real social issues he doesn't deal with. Thankfully I don't have to register my Cane Corso as a pit bull type dog and pay the extra fee, muzzle in public etc, they're not on the list.
