Looking for a trainer in Orlando/Central FL area

We've just added a new Corso foster boy to our family. We've only had him a week but love him already and will probably adopt him before too long. However, I'd like to try formal training for him and more advanced training for our girl. Being new to Florida, I haven't been able to find any trainers with big dog/guardian dog experience. Any suggestions?
