's'ok. I can see how it'd be a bit confusing (and practically nobody's heard of NGSD's so don't feel bad!). And yes, youtube, there's a reason they're called "singers"!


Edit: Arty singing with me at 8weeks. I don't have a more current video of him singing, guess I need to fix that.

I head of the them but never seen one in person. I saw a Basinji though that was awesome.

Case in point for Thor being mistaken as a Bull Mastiff yet again. Went to Petsmart today and their were two policeman sitting in the parking lot. As I was heading to the store one of the cops whistled to Thor. I stopped both cops got out to meet Thor. He asks "Is that a Bull Mastiff?" I said no he's a Great Dane. However I must admit its not the first time, almost every time go out Thor is often mistaken as a Bull Mastiff, LOL!!! Really??? A blue Bull Mastiff??????

Basenji's aren't very common around you? I see quite a few around here. There were 2 at the dog park yesterday :)

I don't go to dog parks because I can't handle the ignorance plus I see no reason for it. So I go to pet stores, see the usual labs, shih tzu's, yorkies, and other small breeds. Although I did see a standard poodle today! That was shocking!

Today went better! Nobody tried to argue with me about what kind of dog he was :)

--Duetsche_Doggen I agree we saw a standard poodle a few weeks ago at petsmart... not something you see around everyday!

Chrissy (purebred Newfie) always was a Caucasian Ovtcharka to our east european neighbour.
When told him she's a Newfoundland he always reacted like "Sure, sure...;)"

Agh! It happened to us too now... a 9 year old neighbor kid asked if 95lb Branka was a pug!?!?!

We get lab alot. Until they ask how old she is and get really confused.

Oh wow. You were better off owning a bull mastiff. You might regret turning him into a Saints cause they shed to much .
