We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.
Wow another boxer and EM set of siblings! Yeah I'm not the only one. So how do you all referee the wild rumpus play that boxers adore with an EM puppy?
Our boxer Bella is finally accepting her new fury brother Angus but she plays rough in typical boxer fashion and I constantly have to be the fun police. Any advice welcome!
Oliver is actually pretty good about being gentle with Penelope. He lays on his back on the floor and lets her go at him. lol It's her I have to watch because she likes to grab his neck skin and pull. Oliver is pretty submissive and I think he realizes that someday she will be bigger than he is and kick his ass. lol If things get too loud or rough, all I have to do is clap my hands and treat them when they calm down and that is usually the end of it.
We're hoping as Angus gets bigger Bella takes the hint. He also goes right for the skin at her throat. What concerns us at this point is her boxing her front legs around his shoulder and pinning him. No works for about 30 seconds and then thry go right back at it until both end up crated. Ahhh the joys of a shift in pack dynamics.
