Actually on an honest note I'm looking forward to what you have to say and have a discussion (obviously like adults lol no cat fighting..... I hope). To me temperament is EVERYTHING it's what makes filas unique not the way the look you can replicate a filas look thanks to the K Gene present in all dogs including the wolf, but good luck replicating the temperament. Saying that I'm in love the temperament is an understatement, the need to be constantly with the owner the I year devotion, love affection, no nonsense attitude. Truly faithful as a fila can only be used to describe one breed the FILA.

killer, pups are a completly different animal... look at Tosa puppies,,, some look very similar to Fila pups but what happens when they mature? the funny thing is that alot of so called fila brasileiros fit better in the tosa standard than they do in the fila standard. I swear that i think some folks are posting up Full bred adult Tosas only to find out they are "Filas"... but how can I argue when the standing logic dictates " if it looks like a fila and acts like a fila then it is a fila"... well those folks believe they look and act like filas so either they have a fila or that logic is BS with a cartoon flag to boot.

That is exactly my point Chuck. imagine if someone never knew what a chevy or ford truck was and they were given a ford truck with chevy emblems..... they paid for a chevy, they think its chevy and they love their truck... try and tell them its a ford. hey, its got 4 wheels, its got a bed, its says chevy all over it, it can haul stuff, its got ground clearance, etc, etc.. its a chevy my friend, right? well to the unsuspecting sap that bought it 5 years ago it will be a chevy no matter what you told him.

If you come over asking me why your chevy dont look like other chevy's I will tell you it's a ford. Why, because they are completly diff. Nothing about them is the same, except the over all idea of it being a truck. A fila looks like a fila. If you line up 20 dogs, 5 neo's, 5 danes, 5 ddb and 5 fila you should be able to tell whats what. And it dont take a ruler or super duper special judge to tell me so.
