Dried blood

Another question for you guys-- my girl Betty has what looks like dried blood around her private parts--she is only 6 months old and this is not the first time i have seen this on her--the last time was a few weeks ago--is she in heat? Is this normal?

Is her vulva swollen?
If yes, then she went into heat at a early age.
Of not sounds like she has something going on and needs to be seen by a vet

I guess it looks a little swollen--is going into heat early a sign of anything bad?

W/O me knowing if she is really in heat or not .. You can post a photo either on here or send it private to me. I can tell you from there.
Otherwise best choice is to ease your mind and go to the vet

Took her to the vet today cuz she was due for her last distemper shot and rabies shot--the vet said she wasnt in heat and didnt know why there would be dried blood in that area. Thanks for all the help guys.
