Lol!!! My height school weight is still "heavy " for me. My goal also is 125 but my ultimate goal is 115. I hope to get there this year if not next year is a new beginning. :)

That's why I hate being hour glass shaped. My hips grew overnight it seemed so I think my lowest is going to be 125. I don't know we'll see. I might change my mind when I reach that point

Sorry things aren't your best right now......keep trying. I fell off the wagon more times than I can count, but good support groups make a difference. :)

Aww I'm sorry! I hope things start looking up for you. The biggest hurdle I had this time around was getting motivated. I still have a hard time getting off my butt bc the weather is starting to turn here & while it is gorgeous, I love sitting on my butt or staying in bed longer. I've seen a big decrease in my daily weight over the past almost 2 months & that gives me something to look forward to. I stalled for 2-3 weeks at 148 & I got so frustrated that I wanted to quit. So I changed my work out a little & I seemed to have busted my plateau. I'm sure another plateau is around the corner but at least I have enough motivation now so I know I can power through it. I make short term goals more so than long. I try to lose 1-2 lbs a week & allow myself one cheat meal a week. My problem last year was I thought a cheat meal was more of a cheat day where I inhaled whatever I wanted from the time I woke up to the time I went to bed. Big mistake.

This is why I brought the thread back up from the bottom of the pile bc I can feel myself wanting to quit, but as long as I have people to talk to here that don't make me feel like it's a competition. :) I know you guys can do it, stay strong!

I'm still lazy and LOVE to sleep, haha, but I'm trying to stay motivated by walking or working the dogs. Yesterday I worked the yard in mid day trying to do more round the home so I don't get comfy in my usual spot.

Things are really stressful here and I have turned to food for comfort, so my loss is stalled. *sigh*

My "loss" is going in the wrong direction :p Going to start taking the stairs at work, not eat out for lunch, and build from there. Came by tonight to find this thread to motivate me so no quitting!

That's great neona! I had been walking 6 miles for a while now & I think my body was used to it. The park I walk at has 2 sets of stairs, one big & one little so my friend & I took one mile away & substituted 10 minutes of going up & down the stairs. This will be the 2nd week that we have been doing that & I've lost 4 lbs since. I can see a difference in my thighs already which makes me want to keep going. You can do it! :)

I bought a pedometer today, a Fitbit One. A lot of people at work have them and have a friendly competition going. I'm also wearing jeans and gym shoes to work every day so I won't have an excuse to skip the stairs :p

went to my first weight watchers meeting (I'm a Lifetime member) in about 4 or 5 months. I'm 12 lbs over my goal weight. I love my leader. She gave me a look and didn't write it down LOL. But I do need to get back in range or I'll have to start paying again.
