DDB Snout/Wrinkle Health Issues

Good afternoon! I have a 1 year old DDB rescue named Veruca Salt. We love her dearly!
We live in a very hot and humid climate (Florida). I wipe her face wrinkles (the wrinkles on her face around her lips and nose and snount) daily with baby wipes to keep them clean. However, the wrinkles have started to appear red and irritated. (Note- it's not her nose itself- it's all around there). Does anyone have any suggestions of other ways to clean there? Products to use to help her now? Any other advice? Thank you so much!!

First, stop the baby wipes. Veruca Salt is having a reaction to the wipes. I use a wet wash cloth (warm water) with a little bit of dawn dish detergent (you can also use dog shampoo) to gently wipe Titan's face and folds. I use wet wash cloth with warm water and some apple cider vinegar to wipe his mouth around the lip area to reduce bacteria and the smell the bacteria generates. Once I wash his face, I use a dry wash cloth to gently wipe it dry and then apply olive oil to the face.
