Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to inform you all that Chief is doing a lot better now with strangers! We have gone with the "Please don't pet him" approach. He warms up to new people within an hour. We also keep him on a leash when new people enter our home. He is doing very well with stay and come commands. We are continuing to expose him to new things and actually loves going on walks now. We limit walks to around the block once a day with structured indoor playtime. He is beginning to be more confident outside and we have NOT had an accident in the house for over 2 weeks! YAY!
I want to continue building his confidence. What types of exercises worked with your CCs? Chief is such a smart boy and I want to continue to socialize him. Any suggestions/tips are welcome.
PS my 19 week old pup is now 70 pounds!!!!
Thanks in advance!
