Beware of dishonest breeder in PA

I just recently purchased a puppy from a Kennel in Mifflenburg PA, called Valentine Bullmastiffs.
Was told puppy had allergies, only to find out after getting puppy back to VT that puppy had a very bad case of Kennel cough! Breeder knew this, and had treated the puppies with Amox! When I took my puppy to the vet, I was told that his lungs sounded very wet, and could have turned into Pneumonia!
I also found out that puppy had a very bad kink in tail, at the top part of tail, which may eventually effect puppy's ability to deficate! I may possibly have to have tail amputated!!! I later found out that 7 out of the 10 puppies in the litter have tail problems! I was informed that out of the new buyers (that knew anything about it) I was the only one that cared!!
I have contacted breeders about refunding some of the 2,000 dollars I paid for the puppy. I have not heard a word back from them!

Anyone have any suggestions??

Contract? Representations in writing? I would look there first and then go to implied fitness, etc. I would send a letter in writing, fed ex or certified mail, detailing your findings demanding either substantial reduction in price or, I know it is not easy, full refund and return the pup.

I can't even get me to respond to an email or text! And I believe the address they met me at was staged. Going to call my lawyer in the morning. Thanks for replying.

The breeder will not even respond to me. They are really a shady outfit!! Signed papers in a car parked out front of said owners VERY nice house. I know think it was just a random neighborhood!
The situation has gotten much worse. Puppy developed bad bad case of pneumonia, had to be hospitalized in critical condition in oxygen tent. Bill was 2100 dollars!

Have you sent a certified letter? Try calling from a different phone number that is not yours...What have you actually done to try and get in touch with them?
