Anatolin Shepherd

This puppy was dumped and I will be fostering him. Others are guessing him to be Anatolin Shepherd. Anyone know any info about the breed? I read up on them but I find it much better when people who have them or have had them to be much more reliable info.

Or if you think he may be something else, please let ne know.

He could be a Šarplaninac (If I spelt this correctly I'll be amazed), looks similar to the lighter coloured types.

You DID spell it right! I think it's possible he's a mix of both. He's got the Anatolian Shepherd's profile, and the structure of the Sarplaninac. But the latter is usually more hairy aren't they?

It's been decided and approved that Timber will be adopted by me and my pack of fur-kids. It was love at first sight and now he's staying right here with us!!

He's so cute! I'm glad he's found a good home with you. I see some Anatolian Shepherd in him; I think you'll know more as he grows up.
